Tuition and Fees Policy Contract
2010-2011
Tuition is due in full by the first class of every month. A late fee of $10 will be charged if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month. Other fees that are due will be given due dates through out the season. Tuition will be the same monthly prices unless otherwise stated by Sheena’s Dance Studio. If your account is left unpaid with a balance after 30 days from the day it was due, Sheena’s Dance Studio will charge a 3% interest fee plus the $5 a week late charge every month on the unpaid balances of all invoices. In the event that yours student(s) discontinue classes during the middle of the season, there will be no refund of any kind on costumes, classes, etc. Sheena’s Dance Studio has the right to turn any outstanding accounts over to a collection agency and/or small claims court in order to collect any and all debt. You (the customer), agrees to pay any and all costs of collections, including after judgment. Sheena’s Dance Studio will except tuition and fees payments by the following methods: Check or Cash. There will be a $25 returned check fee for all returned checks. There will be no cash refunds on tuition and fees.
